Sound Meditation w/ Sound Alchemy

Enjoy the sweet sounds of crystal singing bowls, Gongs and chimes with Therapeutic Musician Nina Vecchi and Yoga Instructor Michael Vecchi. 

Our session starts with a gentle guided meditation to the tones of crystal singing bowls followed by the shimmering release of Gongs. Sink into a deep journey which unfolds into a sound experience intended to provide a peaceful healing state of relaxation. 

Arrive a few minutes early to settle. Bring pillows, blankets and mats for your comfort.  There are a few mats, cushions and blankets available in the studio if needed.
