Parent & Child Yoga w/ Nurture Spirit Wellness

Join us for this Parent & Child yoga class. 

Jacqueline will lead you and your child through a family based beginner yoga class. You and your child will learn to create a space that is equal parts playful, loving, and peaceful on the mat that can be taken home and practiced together to strengthen the parent & child connection. 

One ticket per pair (one adult and child). 

Parents are responsible for the conduct and safety of their children. 

Recommended child age (2.5 years+)
