Initial Herbal Consultation

Service Description

During our first initial herbal consultation, we will explore your goals for holistic wellness, review your current diet and lifestyle, discuss any medications you are taking, and address any physical or emotional challenges you may be experiencing. Together, we will develop a personalized herbal and holistic plan to support your wellness journey and restore balance to your body. The first session is typically scheduled for 1 hour. We leave time in our booking schedule for more time, depending on the complexity of your needs. A follow-up appointment within 4-6 weeks is highly recommended, along with ongoing support for at least three months after our initial consultation to ensure the best results. ​The consultation rate is $75 per hour. Rates are prorated according if we NEED to go a little over time. Appointments are available both in-office and virtually.
