Winter Solstice Guided Meditation

Join us for a guided meditation to welcome in Winter (Winter Solstice).

During this period of the season change we are taking time to retreat as nature does. Taking time to allow stillness and rest during the darker colder months ahead.

During this guided mediation we will take the moments to honor that stillness and rest we need. To honor the peace so we can come together with loved ones and ourselves to pause, to rest and to be ready for our greatest reawakening come spring.

We ask for a $10 energy exchange per attendee.

Pre-registration is required to ensure we set up enough space for all who wish to join.
